Capital Path Academy ("we," "us," "our") provides an online educational program covering finance, corporate finance, finance law, applied markets, and career skills, delivered through a members area at capitalpathacademy.com.
Enrollment is a one-time payment of $260 for lifetime access to the program's modules, as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Access is granted per person, tied to the email address used at checkout, and is for your individual, non-commercial use.
Everything in this program — including the finance, law, and trading/markets content — is provided for educational purposes only. It is not personalized financial advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument. Trading and investing involve risk, including the risk of loss. You are solely responsible for any financial, legal, or trading decisions you make, whether or not informed by this program.
Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider (currently Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo, and/or direct cryptocurrency payment). We do not store your card details. Access to the members area is granted automatically after a verified card payment, or manually after a crypto payment is confirmed — see our Refund Policy for details on cancellations.
You may not share, resell, redistribute, or publicly republish course content, your access link, or your members-area login. Doing so may result in access being revoked without refund.
All course materials, text, and content are the property of Capital Path Academy unless otherwise noted, and are licensed to you for personal use only upon enrollment.
We may update, add to, or revise course content over time. Purchasers get access to future updates at no extra cost, as stated on the pricing page at time of purchase.
The program is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capital Path Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the program, including any financial losses resulting from decisions made using knowledge gained from the course.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the members area after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
