Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We collect the minimum needed to run the program:

• Email address, from your payment (via Raiffeisen Bank for card payments, or the email you send us with crypto payment proof).
• A single authentication cookie in your browser, used only to keep you signed into the members area — it contains your email and an expiry date, and is not used for tracking or advertising.

We do not collect or store your card number, bank details, or crypto wallet private keys. Card payments are handled entirely by Raiffeisen Bank; we never see your full card details.

2. How we use it

We use your email to: grant and verify access to the members area, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Third-party services we use

• Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo — processes card payments as our payment service provider, and holds your billing information under its own privacy policy.
• Netlify — hosts this website and its backend functions.
• Public blockchain (BNB Smart Chain) — if you pay via crypto, that transaction is recorded permanently and publicly on the blockchain itself, outside of our control, as is standard for all cryptocurrency payments.

4. Data retention

We keep your email on file for as long as your enrollment is active, or as needed to respond to support requests. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below) — note this will also end your members-area access.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing support@capitalpathacademy.com.

6. Cookies

The only cookie we set is a single sign-in session cookie for the members area. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies of our own. Raiffeisen Bank's checkout page may set its own cookies during payment, governed by Raiffeisen Bank's privacy policy.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change.
