Refund Policy

1. 14-day refund window

If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked, as long as you have not yet passed the certification exam. Email support@capitalpathacademy.com with the email address you enrolled with, and we'll process it.

2. After 14 days, or after certification

Once you've passed the certification exam, or once 14 days have passed since purchase — whichever comes first — the purchase is final and non-refundable, since lifetime access and community entry have already been granted.

3. How refunds are processed

Card payments (via Raiffeisen Bank) are refunded to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Crypto payments are refunded manually to a wallet address you provide, in the same token and amount originally paid (crypto price fluctuations are not compensated either direction).

4. Duplicate or accidental charges

If you were charged more than once by mistake, or believe there was a technical error with your payment, contact us immediately — these are corrected in full regardless of the 14-day window.
